회원가입약관

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for the use of member services, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters regarding the website (www.mekeng.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operated by MEK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)
"Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and Conditions, provides personal information to the Company to register as a member, and is capable of continuously using the services provided by the Company.
"User" refers to members and non-members who access this Site and receive the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
"ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the Member and approved by the Company for member identification and service usage.
"Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the Member to verify that they are the Member corresponding to the assigned ID and to protect the Member's personal information.

Article 3 (Specification, Validity, and Modification of Terms)
These Terms and Conditions shall become effective by posting them on the Site or notifying Members through other means. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations.
If the Company amends the Terms and Conditions, it will specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment and announce it along with the current Terms and Conditions via the initial screen of the site or through pop-ups.
If a member does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may withdraw their membership. If a member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, they will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)
Membership registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms and Conditions, applies for membership by filling out member information according to the registration form prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
The Company may refuse or postpone membership registration in any of the following cases:
If there is false information, omission, or clerical error in the registration details
If another person's name is used
If other application requirements prescribed by the Company are not met

Article 5 (Change of Member Information)
If there are any changes to the information provided at the time of membership registration, the member must immediately provide the updated information to the Company. The Company shall not be held responsible for any disadvantages arising from the failure to update the information.

Article 6 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Eligibility)
Members may request withdrawal at any time through My Page on the site, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.
The Company may restrict or revoke membership eligibility in any of the following cases:
Registering false information upon sign-up
Interfering with others' use of the service or misappropriating information
Intentionally interfering with the operation of the site
Violating laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions

Article 7 (Notice to Members)
When the Company provides notice to a member, it may do so via the email address or text message provided by the member.
For notices to an unspecified number of members, the Company may substitute individual notice by posting on the site for at least 7 days.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and the Privacy Policy will be announced separately.

Article 9 (Provision and Modification of Services)
The Company provides the following services: Provision of product information and conclusion of purchase contracts
Delivery of products in accordance with purchase contracts
Customer consultation and provision of service-related information
Other services determined by the Company
The Company may change the services provided as necessary for operational or technical reasons, and such changes will be announced in advance on the website.

Article 10 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
The Company may temporarily suspend or restrict the provision of services in the event of any of the following reasons:
Regular system maintenance or repairs
Force majeure events such as natural disasters
Other cases deemed necessary by the Company

Article 11 (Exemption from Liability)
The Company shall be exempt from liability if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure events.
The Company shall not be liable for any service usage disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, data, or facts posted by the Member on the website.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Competent Court)
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event that a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute between the Company and a Member, the competent court shall be subject to the Civil Procedure Act.
